Interview
It was like an assessment centre. It was a very long day but very pleasant and interesting. I met a lot of great people. After every stage of the process people who weren't qualifying had to leave the process. There was a language test (short conversation with the person who spoked the target language); scenario given to a group of people, telephone role-play, little test (remember to listen to the telephone conversation that is played to the whole group) and listen to everything is being said at the company presentation in the beginning; one-to-one interview at the end.

Interview
It was a tough time getting through the interview,mentally a bit exhausting but over all fun. In the end it was worth it. They want to know your skills for the Customer Sevice role.
It was good. Both interview rounds were taken on the same day. The interviewers probed basic questions to check the knowledge that included a brief introduction, why customer service profile and so on.

Concise, quick and effective recruiting process. After a short screening call you go to the interview with a manager. The team leaders presents you details in the form of slides with a talk on every slide. Unfortunately, the offered conditions are insufficient for the economic conditions in the job location. The company does not give any kind of relocation package/assistance, the base salary is low, the benefits are very basic.
