I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Emirates Group (Dubai) in Mar 2024
Interview
I was sent a digital assessment to take. After a few days, I received an email from the Emirates Group telling me that I had passed the interview, and that I need to upload additional docs to my profile on the Emirates Group Careers website, and that I should be expecting a reply within 7-10 business days after doing so. After having done so, I am yet to receive a reply regarding my application, and my visa is gonna expire in 8 days.

I can't remember. However, the digital assessment was divided into 2 phases. First phase is composed of several questions about a particular customer service experience/situation you had: what's the situation, how did you handle it, and what is the outcome? same for all questions. and the game is a memorization game, it's very simple. Please note you have to be dressing formal.
