I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Edgewater (Madison, WI) in Mar 2025
Interview
My interview experience here felt a bit awkward and very informal, essentially boiling down to a one-on-one with the General Manager. While initially friendly, the conversation quickly became unstructured, delving into nitty-gritty details where the connection seemed to drop off, turning more into a "vibe check." At one point, a simple question from me led to a five-minute talk on scheduling.
After the interview, I followed up by phone to be informed they were going in a different direction

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work here
The interview process was laid back, which was nice. The interview was held over lunch where we each had a chance to get to know each other. Following the interview, I was given a tour of the property to see everything that the hotel had to offer.
