Interview was initially scheduled for 2/28/2024. Finished final interview on 3/8/2024. After several spread out communications and zero responses towards the end, making to feel ghosted, got a response today that I was not selected. I was mislead and truly feel my experience was not taken into account in its entirety. “We all get busy, I get it. But there are certain basic standards of respect that an organization needs to be prepared to extend to those it interacts with. They were very obviously in need of some sort of Human Resources presence and hopefully they are able to establish a system for reviewing candidates that involves acknowledging they exist.” Being ghosted is an ugly feeling - let’s hope they don’t ever have to go through what they made me.
