The interview process was very laid back, I felt it could be more professional. The individual I interviewed with seemed very new to the position so I felt as if she wasn't knowledgeable.

Typical phone interview that lead to an in-person interview with a small team of employees. Went pretty well but didn't get an offer. Never heard back after in-person even after multiple follow-ups. The only reply I received was that there were still no decisions made, even though they posted about the new hire for the role a few days prior. Company seems like a fun environment but kind of seems like a modern-day "Boys Club." If you're not from Rochester or an Oswego grad you're better off not applying.
