I was contacted for a 2nd interview, which was booked 2.5 weeks out (1 month from the first the interview). The day before the interview they cancelled citing they are re-evaluating "some internal structures"; no apology was given. From my perspective, their behaviour is incredibly unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect and integrity and certainly doesn't match the image they're trying to portray about themselves.
