The process is tedious and not good. They will make you do an entire task which would usually take you minimum 10 hours to do. They don't pay you for it. They were aware after 2nd interview of my take home pay with my current company and my SEO experience was next to none (again they were aware and gave me a week's time, which I did perform better than expected - said by interviewer) but the reason for rejection was financial package and SEO knowledge.
