The Color Run interview questions

I applied via LinkedIn and received a response a few days later to set up an interview. I went in for a first interview and it was pretty normal with basic questions about experience. I came in a week later for a second interview with other members of the team.

Phone screening, interview and then the offer came within a few weeks. The company was growing so rapidly in its early years that the interview was essentially, "Tell us about yourself."
