I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company in Feb 2015
Interview
Wow. Easiest interview that I have ever had, but I did not get a job offer. I've always heard that they do not look for talented sales people. Instead they either (a.) promote merchandisers to sales (b.) hire people that are just smart enough to fulfill the position, but not smart enough to realize all of the BS. In general coke product sales themselves. They just need a few sheep to work long hours and do manual labor.
I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Structured with a specific process that you have to follow. Spent more time thinking about the process than the actual question and answer portion. Friendly interviewer and gave lots of good context on the role and organization.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you failed. What did you learn from it and what would you have done differently
Fair - straightforward procedure with clear instructions and good feedback. Friendly people, made me feel welcomed. I did not have to wait long for the feedback which was straight forward. Thinking of replying.
3 interviews, pretty short and pretty easy. Asked mostly about your experience. 3 different time slots at main office. There were 3 people in each interview. Not sure what else to add.
