First Interview consisted of a phone interview that was pretty basic. Just went over my past employment and experiences and a few behavioral questions. Second Interview consisted of an hour long much more in-depth look into my previous employment and experiences with about 7 behavioral questions. The panel then gave me a role-play sales analysis to do and gave me 15 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to present. Third Interview consisted of a panel of three people: Human Resources Head, Sales Manager, and Operations Manager. I was asked a variety of behavioral questions and asked some specific questions about the companies' advertisement campaigns, products, and culture. If you do your research you should be just fine. Be genuinely excited and research the company and of course have past experiences in sales and business analysis.
