I had a phone call where I set up an interview time and an in-person interview with three panelists. The process took a little over one week. The panelists were nice and encouraging and asked mainly behavioral questions. Everyone at the company was so friendly and seemed so happy to be there. The facilities were beautiful, and you are offered free drinks while you wait!

Interview
One phone interview, followed by an in person interview. They give you a tour of some highlights of the headquarters led by another co-op that is in your potential position. She answers any questions you have and before the interview they run you through some history of the company.
