I sent me CV by mail which I got through university, after 3 weeks or maybe more I got a phone call and we arranged a meeting the following day, then I got rejected two weeks later, when i reached out to my interviewer and asked for my rejection reason, I was told I didnt have enough technical experience.

I was asked about my previous experience, describe my bachelor project, challenges I had to go through, and how i would handle certain situations such as; a technician who disobeyed my orders because he believe he is much older with more experience
