Interview
You can only apply online and then you have to depend on one of their hr people actually looking at your resume and passing it on. Next you do a 30 minute phone interview and they ask alot of what would you do questions. If you get past that, then you do a face to face interview and that his with the hiring manager and someone with hr, You go through the what would you do scenarios again and then you have to do a role playing scenario where you try to sell them beverages. If you pass that, then you do one final interview and the offer is made to you.
