I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company in Sep 2012
Interview
Posted for postion online and received a call from a recruiter within a few days to schedule a phone interview which was held later that week.
The phone interview was very basic and lasted about 30 minutes. Most of the time was spent going through my resume and verifying experience.
At the end of the phone screen, the recruiter invite me in for a face to face interview with a line manager and HR, but not the hiring manager. The second interview was behavior based and asked questions like when you worked with others to complete a project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interviewer was on the same page with me that I was too senior for the role in question, but gave me goo insight as to what to look for more specifically in future roles. She was also able to answer some of my questions about the internal organization of the company. She did her department credit, and I enjoyed the conversation, despite its brevity.

Great process and good communication. Good engagement throughout and friendly - didn't feel under pressure during the interview - was clearcut throughout and each stage was well described to the person in charge of the process. would recommend.
