Recruited through an agent but TCA did not seem to know what they wanted. Had two quite lengthy interviews but they still were not sure so had to have a third (informal) interview. Far too focussed on asking soft skills questions. The job described in the interview was not the same as the job when I started.

It's a straightforward process. Panel interview with about 8- 10 competency, behavioural and DEI questions Friendly interviewers and welcoming team. Questions are mainly experience based - "tell me about a time"
