Then I was told my profile would be reviewed, and they shall get back to me. The next day, I received an email from Malaysia Cigna for my next round to choose dates so that the team managers could interview me.
Second Round: 2 Assistant Managers of Cigna Hong Kong and Cigna Global made my interview very comfortable by asking self introduction, my current job responsibilities, and different situations on customer handling. They told Hr shall get back to me if I am selected
I was called by HR and this is the first time where I really respect the company being very professional by providing feedback on my performance during interviews. I accepted the job offer and the thorough background check was done as they around 3-5 weeks.
Overall, the interview was very professional. HR and Assistant Managers were very welcoming and professionals.
