I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2019
Interview
First interview was a phone screen with two Cigna TECDP associates. They asked basic STAR questions. Next is the on-site interview where you get another behavioral interview with two more associates, then a "technical" group activity. They had us build a lego house to certain specifications.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to learn something in a very short amount of time.
One long day of three interviews and a lunch and breakfast. Kind of like a group interview style but the interviews were one-on-one. I would highly reccomened! It was not that difficult and i think they were more so looking for people who could communicate well
