The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, starting with an online application followed by a phone screening. After the screening, I was invited for an in-person interview at the restaurant. The in-person session included a tour of the facility, giving me a good feel for the workplace culture and operational flow. This was followed by a formal interview with the General Manager and the HR Manager. They were keen on understanding my management style, experience in the hospitality industry, and how I handle challenging situations. The entire process felt very engaging and professional, taking approximately two weeks from the application to the final decision.
