I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Chat Shop (London, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
It consisted of three stages, the first stage was ensuring that you could type at a certain speed with a few questions. The second was the interview stages where they ask you questions about the company, measure your punctuation, spelling and grammar. They will then invite you to a second interview where you have to complete an assessment prior to starting the 2nd interview. Then they call you up to finalize availability.
Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review of your experience interviewing with us.
We appreciate your detailing of the process, and we're pleased to have you onboard!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Chat Shop (Houston, TX) in Jun 2022
Interview
The conductor of the interview did a fantastic job outlining what to expect out of this particular role. It was very semi-casual but very thorough which is very much appreciated. The first part before the interview consisted of a short mock chat session to determine if you were a good fit. I wouldn't say that it was difficult at all.

Interview
The interview process was relaxed and informal, but challenging enough to give you a sense of accomplishment if you pass. Very pleasant people that make the application and interview process thoroughly enjoyable. 2 stages (phone call and live chat).

Interview
I applied online, and it took maybe a month, give or take, to heart back. First scheduled was a chat interview, on which I was to role-play and sell a service to a the interviewer. Second, about a week or two later, was a phone interview, just to check in on how I felt about the process and the specifics of the position. A day or so after that, I was offered the position. I spoke with the same interviewer for both portions, and the process was very low-stress and casual.
