One day interview and met with multiple team members. Met with all levels of the team including lateral team members. I did go through an recruitment firm however I did hear back in a couple days.

If you are applying for an accountant position they want you to know that this is not a position that will put you in the running for a deal team position. They want people who are only interested in moving up through the accounting side.
