The interview process is very informal and lengthy. It consists of one or two phone interviews with the three principal owners in the company. Second round consists of an in-person interview with the three directors of the organization and the strategy team. Interviews are purely behavior-based and emphasis is placed on culture fit. Be warned that what you hear during the interview is not necessarily the reality of the situation you would be stepping into upon being hired. The organization is exception at painting a picturesque professional assessment, but the reality is much darker.
