Interview
I filled out the online application, and they called me 2 days later to schedule an interview. I went to the interview at 10 am, and was done around 10:15. They just got a feel for my personality, hours of availability for work, experience, and I started working immediately after the interview. It was training, but I did start right after the interview.

Are you comfortable offering several clothing options to guests while they're shopping?
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

Interview
They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
