I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Buckle (Temecula, CA) in Mar 2009
Interview
The interview process was pretty simple there was a high turnover rate so the manager was constantly interviewing. Your job was to keep the manager occupied as long as possible. The manager asked questions about previous employers what my ambitions were and if i knew anything about fashion. If you have an up beat attitude and you dress well, LAYERED, is a must the position will be yours.
