Interview
The interview took place in the store while customers were shopping which was somewhat strange and awkward. I was more than qualified, having a plethora of retail and customer service experience from previous jobs, and the manager who interviewed me was extremely receptive, basically telling me I had the job and she would call in a couple days to confirm everything. Weeks later and she still hasn't called, my attempts to get in touch with her had not been successful, and I get an e-mail saying I have not been selected. They definitely should be more professional about how they conduct interviews and respond to applicants.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
