Interview
Manager was very late to interview me, interviewed me in the middle of the sales floor, and did not ask me anything regarding why I wanted the job or thought I would be a good employee. Two weeks later she called me back but only because she mixed me up with another candidate who she meant to call instead.
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Interview
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
