Fairly easy interview. They have you take a personality test before they invite you for the interview. Interview consists of basic questions regarding your previous work experience, what would you do in certain situations, describe a time you've been a leader, etc.

Describe a time you've overcome a challenging situation?
It was a very disorganized and awkward interview, The manager was late and seemed indifferent to filling the position and was unable to answer basic questions, like hours available and benefits.

Long and very thorough. Very nice people and a great team to be around just wasn’t a right fit for me this time around. Manager is very sweet and helpful
Good it was a nice, thorough process. Many questions asking about customer service and fashion interest. Manager was attentive and had a lot of feedback after my interview. I declined the job only because of pay.
