Interview
It was personal, yet professional. It went smoothly and the job description was described well. I communicated my interest and experience and they told me that it matched the type of employee they were looking for and that training would start soon.
The interview process consisted of two sessions in total. One with HR department and one with Banquet department. Both sessions were professional, straightforward, and easygoing. However, they informed me that I had to cover my tattoos and take out my piercings which were expected. But overall a pretty smooth and organized interview progress.
