Four interviews. A writing test. Weeks of waiting.
And then… nothing. No follow-up. No “thank you for your time.” No “we went in a different direction.” Just silence.
For a company that positions itself as a communications firm, the lack of basic communication is disappointing.
Candidates invest time, energy, and trust in the hiring process. A simple courtesy email isn’t hard. It’s the bare minimum.
Common decency matters. Ghosting isn’t just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful.
They were slow to respond, but the interviews were easy. Everyone is very talkative, so just make sure you are relatable and a good conversationalist. They also give you a headups on who is interviewing you which is nice.
I had three rounds of interviews with different stakeholders, including the company's CEO. They were a mix of fit questions (such as my background) and experience questions about the marketing/PR industry.
