The Black Sheep interview questions

Three rounds of interviews and a job shadowing then you get added to the hiring pipeline. I was added to the hiring pipeline in the beginning of May, in June, they reached out to confirm my interest, in July they told me that they were making final decisions by the end of that week and it is now almost the end of August and they have completely ghosted me and wasted all of my time. Very rude and disrespectful, I would not recommend putting in any time, energy or effort into interviewing with this company.
