During my interview process I spoke both with another front desk receptionist and the manager of the location on site and we discussed customer service experience and goals within this particular role. Overall pleasant experience.

They asked if I had worked in customer service before.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Bar Method (Bethesda, MD) in Jul 2014
Interview
For the interview they asked that I stay after taking a class to sit down and talk with the owner, a manager and another instructor. It was very casual, and the questions were fairly generic. They really looked for people who were current clients, and loved the classes as well as the company.
Each conversation was about 15 minutes long, and they got back to me within a week.
