It's two interviews - a phone call and an in person. Super easy process, they just want to know that you have prior experience in a customer facing role. The second in person interview was more like explaining what you'd be doing.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Bar Method (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
It's easiest to get an interview if you're a current client. If you're looking to get a position for free classes, sign up for their new client special. They usually post job openings physically in the studio or on their Facebook page. After seeing a post, I asked at the front desk and they asked me to come in to talk to the owners a few days later.

Question 1
How would you explain Bar Method to someone who has never taken a class?
Very casual interview process with studio manager that involved review of sale experience and familiarity with the Bar Method workout. Make sure you come prepared with enthusiasm for selling the benefits of the workout to clients.
