Easy. They ask you general customer service/resturaunt experience questions like tell me about yourself, tell me about your last job, what do you do now, what salary do you expect etc.

Interview
Expect to wait around for a manager. They will schedule you for a certain time, be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours late for it and you just have to sit twiddling your thumbs waiting for them to show up. Then they will ask you the most irrevelant and transparent questions. It's not exactly a difficult interview process. The staff turn around is so extreme they hire just about anybody.

Interview
It was a craigslist application that led to a sit down interview. From there it was right into the fire with little training and more of a get it done how you think it should be. I guess they call that liberal employment with capital punishment.
