The Baldwin School interview questions

Multiple in-person interviews with various stakeholders, such as teachers and the President. Last interview was a good chunk of the day. At the time, primary hiring manager was the CFO. Process was clear enough and communication was good.

Began with phone interview with both admin and HR. Was then invited for a 5 hour in person interview on campus where I interviewed with many different staff members. I also gave a demo lesson to the students. I reached out 2 times after the interview to follow up and never received a response. Very unprofessional being that as an educator I had to take time away from my current class to interview here. Would not recommend going through the process with this school.
