FAce o face interview. It was short. The Divisionalwas very prleasant. Asked few questions. After the interview , I took a phone interview where I was asked to how to handle various situation in a day of a DSM. Was hired immdiately.

Started with a phone interview where questions were asked to determine how much comfort I had in remote sales. Then met up within 48 hours with the regional sales manager. It was a conversational style interview with lots of situational questions asked.
