Standard three-stage interview process. 40 minute filter interview followed by technical test and then technical interview.
Adaptavist impressed me throughout. Communication was clear and the technical test was well described and focussed on the skills needed to deliver value.

The technical interview was part presenting the technical test, and part a discussion of a previous project. Questions are going to vary based on your preparation and the focus of your work.

- initial chat with internal recruiter,
- telephone interview with head of engineering ,
- on-site technical interview with head of team and head of engineering ,
- final telephone interview with head of product.
the whole process was very friendly and nonthreatening. It felt more like a dating process , making sure that you are the right fit for the company and the company the right fit for you.
