I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at The Achievement Network in Mar 2017
Interview
I did a phone screen with a recruiter in Boston. She outlined what the process would look like moving forward and moved me on to the regional team. I then completed 3 more interviews and performance tasks, which did not align with how the recruiter had described the process. I made it to the final stages and then never heard from them again - I did not receive an offer, but they also did not bother to let me know they had gone with someone else.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Achievement Network (Las Vegas, NV) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was contacted 4 weeks after applying and had a good phone interview for this position and also discussed another position that was just being posted and could be a good fit. The organization recruiter kept in touch over a couple weeks through multiple emails, but took some nudging when she'd promise she'd contact me by a certain date and didn't. I completed the performance task, she thanked me and promised another follow up that never happened. I sent a couple emails and an In Mail, mainly asking for confirmation that I was no longer in consideration and she completely ignored me. How hard is it to send a simple reply?
