After I completed the home assessment.
I joined only 1 interview round with 3 engineers. They ask around the assessment and some engineer behaviours which are being evaluated, including the mindset, problem solving skills. Not a deep dive into technical much.

First round was on my technical knowledge
Second round was a test on my communication and logical aptitude
Last round was on tech on how i would deal with real world problems and optimize code wherever possible.
