Had a 15 minute phone call with an HR representative who after asking behavioral questions scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was 30 minutes and mostly behavioral.

Interview
I had a face to face interview with the HR on-campus followed by a phone interview with the head engineer of the project. It was mostly behavioral questions to try to get to know how well I would work with the team. I actually liked this process a lot because it helped me understand what they expect from me and what I can get out of this internship.

Interview
First, on campus interview. They asked me about each thing on my resume. I went through each of my personal projects thoroughly.
Then, they do a phone interview with one of their engineers. They just ask what language you are most comfortable with. They ask for leadership experience and really look for leadership traits. There was no technical and they didn't really go in depth with technical.
