The interview was over the phone and situation type of questions were asked. Questions regarding interest in Textron were asked. I only had one phone interview and received the offer two days later, which was quite different from any other interviewing process I had experienced.

Interview
They sent an HR rep who has been working for the company for 2 months. Connected with her on a variety of different levels, although it was a complete joke of an interview. Didn't ask questions just went down my resume. Walked out thinking it was a lock. Had to send 5+ emails asking for closure when they told me the position had been filled. They didn't send anyone that mattered because my campus was far away and I get that, but don't waste my time with a joke of an interview if you have no intention of hiring me. 3.6 w/ previous internship experience. definitely bitter about the experience.
