I attended my universities career fair and stopped at the Textron booth and introduced myself to the recruiters. They scheduled an in person interview on the spot for the next day. I then had a final phone interview with a manager that I could potentially work with.

Tell me about at time that you faced a challenge and how did you over come it?
The interview was mostly behavioral and lasted 30 minutes. We went through introductions and basic situational job questions. Then allocated time for questions such as what teams I could match into.

Interview
I had two interviews: an initial phone call with a recruiter, and a skype interview with two leaders of the team I ended up working for. The phone screening was typical, but the Skype interview was very relaxed, conversational, even enjoyable. It was scheduled to be 45 minutes but ended up going on for an hour.
