Interview
I first met with someone at the college career fair. Then I had an interview with them the next day. After that, I had 2 follow-up interviews with the manager for 2 departments. They thought I was a better fit for a different department than I originally applied. I received an offer email about a week later.
It was very easy interview they made me feel very comfortable and quick response. I accepted the role and I liked talking to the employees. Great group of people! Looking forward to the experience I will have in this role.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Textron (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2021
Interview
It was a phone interview that lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer asked about some of the experiences on my resume and projects I've done in the past. It was a good experience.
