I first had a call with an HR representative. That went well and then a manager reached out to me and gave me a second interview. It did take awhile for them to reach out to me after applying, but I also applied right before Covid-19 hit.

First phase was a phone interview - pretty much get to know you kind of thing. Second phase was a joke - it consists of 3 assessments, totaling 6 hours, which requires candidates to write nonsensical items such as a memo. Then, the tricky thing (without any instruction) is you are given an excel file, but you have to submit some of the stuff through other platforms to make things look "professional". If company wants to weed out candidates, just be upfront and say they don't have enough experience to be considered further/have found a more qualified candidate with lots of experience.
