Question 1
What relevant experience do you have for this role?
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Legal Services Center (Austin, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
My first interview was a one-on-one meeting with the person who was to be my immediate supervisor. The interview was informal and flowed easily, the whole experience was very conversational. The interviewer asked pertinent questions regarding my background and experience, and expressed interest in who I was as a person, not just my qualifications. There was additionally a follow up with this supervisor and the organization's director before I was hired. The whole process was very gentle and fair.
