I applied online. I interviewed at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) (College Station, TX)
Interview
Smooth interview. Warm conversation and presentation. One round. They will let us know after the new year who they choose, which is about a two week turnaround. Very communicative. Waiting to hear back from them.

Interview
Met with an internal member of the department at the office and talked about the degree I was in, what interests me, so on. Nothing to worry about, they were very friendly.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) (Bryan, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
Just one on-site interview, then was called and informed that I was hired. It was rather easy, just basically looked over my resume and asked me to explain and go in depth on some parts. It was maybe 20 minutes long, and then I was given a tour of where I would be working.
