The interview was horrible. The recruiter was completely deadpan and did not share much about Teva or details about the position. They just went right into the conversation, questioning me. It wasn't a difficult interview, but it seemed like the recruiter was disinterested from the jump, as if I was just a quota they needed to hit for outreach purposes. I genuinely feel that I was at a disadvantage from the beginning. They also couldn't share many details about the team or answer my questions thoroughly. I guess because it was a Friday. Also, I had to follow up with the recruiter to get the results of our call together. This resulted in a phone call telling me I was not being moved forward; I also didn't provide any feedback. Just do better, don't fiegn interest and respond in the timeframe you say you will—just a bit of advice from one recruiting leader to another.
