Interview
Very easy interview, overview is good, forgot to state how slow the business would get in the winter time. Went over all the tasks and made the job sound good
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Test Equipment Distributors
Interview
Average interview with a mixed focus on technical knowledge and Human Resources. The questions were generic, but obviously focused on finding fit. They were pleasant to interview with and all interactions were good.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Test Equipment Distributors (Saint Clair Shores, MI) in Mar 2019
Interview
HR contacted me to schedule an interview that week. I interviewed with the controller and found her to be very unprofessional. She was not familiar with my resume and asked basic yes or no questions that didn’t enable me to elaborate on my experiences. I would suggest asking for a phone interview prior to an in person interview to get a better feel of the culture of the company.
