I had three rounds of interview. First video conference was with team lead and covered Basic introduction of the candidate, company and the interview process. Second round was a 1 hour written test - questions were emailed. Very interesting but moderate technical questions that a crash engineer would resolve on a day to day basis. Most of the questions were very much related to the underlying theory in phyiscs, mechanics of materials and structural dynamics. Third round was with a material modeler - deep into material behaviors, material data, its role in an FEA model, failure theories, etc., Over all the interview process was one of the most technical that I have come across but at the same time very interesting.
