The interview process at Tesla was thorough, involving HR screening, discussions with a lead manager, department director, and a cross-functional team. Excellent communication throughout made the lengthy process rewarding and insightful into Tesla's dynamic environment.
Full day interview with all candidates and multiple stakeholders all at once. Efficient hiring process, but requires a full day commitment from the candidates to be in Berlin without any compensation.
First I did aonline interview with HR.
The week after I had to do a Technical case in Revit.
Finally I has invited at the HQ where I met the teams, it took around 3h.
