I was contacted by their recruiter based my on my experience and their need to support the new product expansion. I can honestly say my current interview process with Tesla has been a failure on HR's part. 1.) initial phone interview was scheduled between me and HR 4 days prior but was confirmed a day before the proposed date. 2.) 2nd phone interview was scheduled again but absolutely no response till the proposed day. 3.) 2nd phone interview rev 1 was scheduled again and no response till 1 hour past proposed time except with an email. I truly respect and admire the work that they do at Tesla motors but I can't help but think their HR and hiring group is a bit unprofessional or even mismanages their time.
