The process began with a call with the hiring manager, followed by a super day with four team members. Before the super day, I was asked to prepare a presentation. Everyone I met seemed to genuinely enjoy working there, and the team came across as collaborative and welcoming. About a week later, the recruiter reached out to let me know I did not get the job. It took some time to initially connect with the recruiter and the hiring manager, but once I spoke with the hiring manager, it moved quickly. Just a few weeks to complete the super day and hear back. Most of the questions were behavioral, and I felt I answered them well, though clearly another candidate was an even stronger fit.

Call with recruiter - call with hiring manager. Hiring manager seemed a little cold, no video despite being on a teams call. In fact, I applied probably two months before the recruiter called me and he said the hiring manager is eager to talk to me. I almost forgot I had applied. After manager call, two months later onsite interview: presentation, and 1:1 session with 5 managers/engineers. Weirdest interview I've ever made. Started at 11 in the morning and ended at 4:30pm. They didn't offer lunch the whole time lol or a tour of the facility. Team seemed extremely unstructured and they are all ex-automotive guys working on the Tesla Bot. After the interview by 3 weeks, recruiter reaches out asking for time to chat. I gave time and never heard back nor did I follow up. Overall, slow process and very un-professional on multiple fronts. Lots of hype. I was going to pass anyway as I am not relocating my family to California
